1. Scope
This policy applies to all digital products (e-plans, downloadable house-plan files, design templates, etc.) offered through the website Plan My House (“we”, “our”, “us”).
Because these are digital goods delivered electronically and immediately accessible, this policy governs how refunds and returns are handled.
2. No Physical Returns
Since the products are entirely digital, there are no physical goods to return.
3. No Refunds After Purchase
Once you complete a purchase and the digital product is delivered to you (download link or file access provided), we do not offer refunds.
This is because the nature of the product means it can be copied, duplicated or used irreversibly once delivered.
By placing an order you acknowledge and accept that you are purchasing a non-returnable, non-refundable digital product.
4. Delivery & Access
- Upon successful payment, you will gain access to the digital product (via download link, email delivery, or account access).
- Please review the product immediately upon delivery to ensure it meets expectations (file format, resolution, content, etc.).
- We recommend you download and back up the file as soon as possible.
5. Exceptions & Support
While refunds are not offered, we do commit to support you in the following ways:
- If the file is delivered corrupt, incomplete or fails to open in the promised format, contact us at [support email/address] within 7 calendar days of receipt. We will attempt to repair, replace or provide access to a working version.
- If you face technical issues opening or using the file (that we have caused), we will make reasonable efforts to assist and provide a functioning version.
- If there are material deviations from the product description (for example, features promised in the listing are missing), please notify us and we will evaluate the issue and may offer a replacement or alternative product at our discretion.
6. Cancellation Before Delivery
If you wish to cancel an order before access to the files has been granted, contact our support team immediately. If no download link has been accessed and no file delivered, we may in our sole discretion issue a refund or credit. Once access is provided, the “No Refunds” rule above applies.
7. Licensing & Usage
- Upon purchase you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for the purposes described in the product listing (e.g., to build your house or adapt the plan).
- You may not resell, distribute or publicly share the file in its original format.
- If you use the file and later change your mind about your project, this does not qualify for a refund.
8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first, you acknowledge that we may deny refund or replacement services. We recommend raising issues with us initially so we can try to resolve them.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time. Each update will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued purchase of our products indicates your acceptance of any revised policy.
